You can contribute by telling us the extent to which the following indicators can be used in your programs or need to be refined for potential use in those programs. The indicators are:

-number of liters of water treated, and
-percent of household without access to a safe drinking
water source practicing effective household water
management.

Mark Sobsey has suggested that the first indicator has limitations because it does not address water quality concerns.
