Community Level Monitoring Tool-Spanish

Community Level Monitoring Tool – “Consolidado” (i.e., tool used to consolidate data gathered by all of the outreach workers in one community. Each row in the “Consolidado” is filled in by translating the data from the “Hoja de Seguimiento” filled in by each outreach worker in the community. This wall hanging/banner is used ONLY used when training trainers or community outreach workers. It is NOT used during the activities with the families).
