Learning by Doing: Working towards At-Scale Hygine and sanitation in Amhara

This case study decribes the "Learning by Doing" approach being used by Water and Sanitation Program and USAID Hygiene Improvement Project to support the Bureau of Health of the Amhara Region to increase sanitation coverage in the region to meet national hygiene and sanitation goals for universal sanitation.
